The Skid Plate Full Set (Plastic) for Polaris Sportsman XP 850 (2015-2016) and XP 1000 (-2016) is a heavy-duty upper front part of the skid set that provides ultimate protection for your ATV. Designed specifically for 2015-2016 model year machines with Polaris integrated plow mounts in the frame/chassis, this skid plate set ensures a perfect fit.

Installation of the upper part requires the original Polaris winch mounting bracket to be installed prior to skid plate installation. Please note that the front lower part of the skid plate must be removed if you plan to use the Polaris OE “Glacier III” snow plow system.

This skid plate set offers comprehensive protection for the whole bottom, front part, and A-arms of your ATV. It also includes an additional bolted front part reinforcement plate for added durability. The pre-cut sectors allow for optional rib-shaped holes for efficient mud draining, while the holes for IB Mid-mount adapter and oil changing make maintenance a breeze.

Rest assured, all the necessary fastening parts and a detailed, illustrated fitting instruction are included with the skid plate set. The original tow loop is covered with skids, but additional cutting into the skid plate front parts may be required if you wish to use the loop.
