Please Note: At some time during production Kawasaki changed the size of their radiator hoses from 25mm (1″) ID to 30mm (1 3/16″) ID (Inside Diameter). So we need to know what size your radiator hoses are, the 25mm ID (around 28mm (1 1/16″) if measure on the outside) or 30mm ID (around 35mm (1 3/8″) if measure on the outside). Please select the correct size hoses in the Option List.

Use your cooling system to heat your cab! From the original designer of the Firestorm UTV Cab Heaters comes our new and improved Ice Crusher Compact UTV Heaters. This Ice Crusher Under Hood Heater kit has 6 vents, 2 lower dash area vents, 2 mid dash and 2 defrost vents. Our Under Hood Heater fits under the hood and comes with a compact yet powerful heater with a three speed fan which will deliver heat from the 14,600 BTU* Compact Heater Unit. Adjustable louvers direct the heat were you need it. Two 2″ vents on top of the dash defrost the windshield, Two 2” vents mount in the center dash panel and Two 2” vents mount under the dash area. A unique feature of our kit is that the heater intake comes from inside the cab where the air is cleaner and warmer. Warmer air means more available heat for you inside the cab. Kits are supplied with our custom CNC made alloy Y connectors and fittings that connect directly to the engine’s cooling system. For faster heat use our optional MaxStat. Kits also include custom CNC laser cut mounting brackets, heater hoses and duct hoses, hose clamps, new and improved vents, hole saws (for the heater hoses and vents), grommets, switch, wiring loom and terminals, templates, your specific mounting bracket with hardware and instructions. Kit is also available with optional in dash Heat Control. Use our MaxStat option for better performance from your heater and faster heat.

*Heater BTU# output is theoretical and is dependent on the coolant temperature of the UTV and the flow rate of the coolant, which varies by UTV and engine RPM. Outside (ambient) temperature the UTV is being operated in also can change heater output. That being said these 14,600 BTU Heater Units are more that capable of heating 99.99% of all UTV’s
