Our kits utilize single piece cast Y Fittings, so there is no chance of leaking welds. We endeavor to use quality parts and hardware in all our kits.

This Ice Crusher Under Dash Heater kit has 4 Vents and fits behind the center dash for maximum heat directly into the cab. This kit comes with a compact yet powerful heater with a Hi/Lo Dash Switch and delivers 18,000 BTU*. Modern automotive quality adjustable vents direct the heat wherever you need it. Two 2″ vents on each side of the center console direct heat toward the occupants bodies while two slotted defrost vents keep your windshield clean of condensation. This kits ties directly into the engines cooling system to deliver maximum heat to the cab. For optimal heat, choose our MaxStat option which will prioritize heat to the cab before cooling the engine via the radiator.

What’s Included:
The kit also includes custom CNC laser cut mounting brackets, three different hole saws, all heater hoses, duct hoses, Custom made 304 Stainless Steel hose clamps that feature a bevels slip ring to protect the coolant hoses from cuts, Switch, wiring harness, and templates. The instructions are written with the DIY’er in mind and are loaded with color images.

Ice Crusher MaxStat – Inline Coolant Bypass Thermostat for UTV Heaters *

The MaxStat directs all engine coolant to your Ice Crusher Cab Heater, this means that the output of your heater will be at its maximum. If there is heat in your cooling system then you will have heat from your Ice Crusher Cab Heater. More heat means a warmer cab and in turn a warmer you!

MaxStat only opens to let coolant flow though the radiator when the cooling system requires it to keep the UTV engine at an optimal temperature.
