Use your cooling system to heat your cab! From the original designer of the Firestorm UTV Cab Heaters comes our new and improved Ice Crusher Compact UTV Heaters. This Ice Crusher Under Dash Compact Heater kit has two 360 adjustable front louvers to direct the heat were you need it and a 2” vent defrost kit is included with this heater kit to keep your windshield clear. We’ve also added a 2″ vent for your feet. The heater features a three speed fan and temperature adjustment is located right on the 14,600 BTU* heater unit. The heater mounts under the center of the dash which leaves plenty of room for your feet. Kits are supplied with our custom CNC made alloy Y connectors which connect directly to the engines cooling system. Comes with templates, mounting brackets, hoses, custom CNC made Y fittings, built in shut off valve, clamps, hardware, wiring, hole saw, instructions, and more. Y connectors and fittings that connect directly to the engines cooling system or for faster heat use our optional MaxStat, We recommend the use of the MaxStat.

*Heater BTU# output is theoretical and is dependent on the coolant temperature of the UTV and the flow rate of the coolant, which varies by UTV and engine RPM. Outside (ambient) temperature the UTV is being operated in also can change heater output. That being said these 14,600 BTU Heater Units are more that capable of heating 99.99% of all UTV’s

#British Thermal Unit (BTU or Btu) is a traditional unit of work needed to raise the temperature of one pound of water by one degree Fahrenheit. One four-inch wooden kitchen match consumed completely generates approximately 1 BTU.

The MaxStat directs all engine coolant to your Ice Crusher Cab Heater, this means that the output of your heater will be at its maximum. If there is heat in your cooling system then you will have heat from your Ice Crusher Cab Heater. More heat means a warmer cab and in turn a warmer you!

MaxStat only opens to let coolant flow though the radiator when the cooling system requires it to keep the UTV engine at an optimal temperature.
